The foundation of Predappio Nuova (1925 – 1942) involved some of the most prominent architects of the time: Gustavo Giovannoni, Cesare Bazzani, Florestano Di Fausto, and Cesare Valle. Similar to the famous Italian towns of Sabaudia, Littoria, and Carbonia, Predappio Nuova reflects the architectural traditions and rationalism of that era, with a construction period spanning a significant length of time.
