  • add your preference keeping in mind the availability indicated on the page dedicated to your experience
  • we wil answer back via email or via sms according to your choice in order to confirm date and time
  • the experience will be guaranteed in the following 48h or entirely refunded


When the experience can’t be guaranteed within the following 48 hours after purchasing, there will be a highlighted note on the page regarding the experience. It is our consideration to guarantee the happening of the experience according the the guide’s availability.

We suggest you to leave your email (mandatory) and also your number. We love smart communication!


Our idea is the make your experience as easy as possible, accessible and cheap. Therefore we have decided to give you the address of the location. You can reach the place as you prefer: using your own mean of transport or public transportation.

The experiences and activities have a 60 day value as soon as you purchase them. If you change your mind it is possible to modify your choice and convert the purchase in another activity. Contact and write in the email’s subject “Convert Voucher”. The conversions can be made within 60 days from the purchasing date.

When the 60 days have expired it is possible to request a change or a refund of what you’ve spent.
